All domestic orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via standard shipping through Auspost. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. These orders are shipped via International Standard and may take a little while to arrive, depending on your location. Delivery times can vary based on destination and local customs processing.

*Please note* that customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not within our control. We strongly advise you to check your country’s customs policies before making a purchase to avoid any unexpected charges.

If you choose to refuse an international order upon delivery and the items are shipped back to us, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Note for our EU Customers: Due to recent changes to EU customs regulations, your order may incur VAT, duties or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
