Where do you ship to?
We ship both domestically (within Australia) and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are not within our control.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic Orders: Orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via AusPost Standard Shipping. Delivery times vary depending on location.
International Orders: Orders are shipped via International Standard and may take a little longer to arrive. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
During busy sale periods, public holidays & weekends there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes and minimal staffing.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, all Nazla scarves fall under the category of 'headwear' and cannot be returned unless the product itself is faulty or damaged. In such cases:

- Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Why does my scarf look slightly different to the original and/ or from the picture ?
As a slow hijab brand, our scarves are batch-dyed, which may result in slight shade variations between restocks. While we aim to capture our scarves as accurately as possible in photos, slight differences in colour may occur due to lighting, screen displays, and dyeing processes.
What are your care instructions for the scarves?
To maintain the quality of your Nazla scarves, we recommend:
- Hand washing them separately in cold water with mild detergent.
- Avoiding machine washing or using harsh agitation.
- Washing sparingly to preserve the fabric and minimize wear and tear.
- Drying flat and avoiding direct sunlight to prevent colour fading.
Do you restock sold-out scarves?
Yes, we often restock our most popular shades and fabrics. However, due to small batch production, availability is limited. We encourage our customers to shop early to ensure they don’t miss out on their desired items. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to be notified about restocks.
My order is showing as returned to sender. What happens now?
If your order is returned to us, please contact us at care@nazlascarves.com. If the return is due to an address error or refusal of delivery (e.g., unpaid customs fees), we can:
- Reship the order at your expense
- Refund the order minus the shipping costs we have already paid.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we do offer exchanges as long as the item has not been taken out and unfolded from its original state. If you'd like to exchange, please contact us at care@nazlascarves.com.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed. However, if you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at care@nazlascarves.com.
What if my scarf arrives damaged or faulty?
We perform quality assurance checks on all our scarves before shipping, but in the rare instance a product arrives damaged, please:

We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
